It is a moderated board and your questions may or may not be published depending on many factors including timeliness, appropriateness, etc. Your question may be edited for brevity. Please try to have your question be appropriate for the general population of Franklin and not limited to an area that only affects a small percentage of the population. This is your chance to get an honest answer straight from the people who are responsible for their departments and to avoid
rumors and innuendos. Since the question may have to be sent to another department for a knowledgeable answer, please allow time for a response. Please do not resubmit your question!
