Hello Town of Franklin residents, this is Robert Cantoreggi, Director of Public Works calling with an important message about the Beaver Street culvert.
The culvert will be closed to traffic Monday august 25th for repairs. All lanes will be closed and traffic will be diverted. Access up to and including Master drive will be from west central street. access to the beaver street recycling center and the beaver pond recreation facilities will be from grove street. Please allow extra time and drive carefully
I apologize for any inconvenience to residents and business located along the detour route. We hope to complete the project by the third week of September. Should a further delay be necessary, signs will be posted along both routes. Thank you for your patience.
