Hello, this is the Franklin Fire Department calling with a special message for residents in the area of the new construction project on Panther Way, near the ice skating rink and High School. Construction crews will begin blasting rocky areas today, Thursday October 30, 2008 at 9am, 12noon and 2 pm. This will continue Monday through Friday for approximately two weeks. Please bear with them and thank you for your understanding. This message is intended for neighbors within a one mile radius of the construction site only. We apologize should you receive this in error. Thank you and goodbye.
