Hello Town of Franklin residents, this is Robert Cantoreggi, Director of Public Works, calling with an important message about the repairs to a culvert on Lincoln street and possible delays that may occur.
This culvert is located on Lincoln Street near the intersection of Elm and Daniels.
The culvert repairs will commence on Monday October 27th and take approximately 6 weeks to complete. It is planned that at a minimum one lane of traffic will remain open during repairs. But with any road construction project, delays should be expected and the area should be avoided.
I apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for patience and understanding. Should a full roadway closure be required, a detour will be posted.
