Curbside Trash Guidelines
732008_121214_0.pngPlease have your trash and recycling at curbside before 7 A.M.
Working together, we can protect public health and ensure cleaner streets.
You can reduce half of your trash by recycling!
To avoid injuries to rubbish workers, trash barrels/bags cannot exceed 50 gallons or 50 pounds.
Remember during holiday weeks, collection is delayed one day.

American Waste Services will pick up:
3 barrels or 3 bags of normal household trash that
do not weigh more than 50 lbs or is larger than 35 gallons.
In place of one of your barrels/bags of trash, you may put out ONE bulky item per week:

s One mattress OR
s One box spring OR
s One toilet OR
s One sink OR
s 4 bundles of carpeting cut to 4 ft lengths, rolled and secured, OR
